On 1st of April we will open the bookings for the August starters.
Starting in 2026, tenants aged 21 and over will be eligible for housing benefits in their "own" apartments, such as studios, suites and lofts. Until the end of 2025, eligibility began at the age of 23. Please visit our FAQs.
We primarily use iDEAL for deposit and rental payments. If you don't have a Dutch bank account, please open a Revolut account (iDEAL included) for a smoother booking experience (EEA: European Economic Area). Please take a look at the FAQ Payments. Non-EEA may use Revolut as well by using the classic bank transfer option.
