About the Suite

This stunning suite, located in Building E on the campus of NHL Stenden Hogeschool in Leeuwarden, offers a comfortable and fully furnished living space. The suite features an open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room, and a separate bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a European king-size bed (160 cm wide by 200 cm long), complete with storage drawers underneath for extra space.

In the living area, you'll find a large dining table, a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable couch with an additional lounge chair, a 55-inch smart TV, and a coffee table. A dedicated study area includes a desk and an ergonomic office chair, providing the perfect environment for focused study sessions.

The suite includes a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a stove, oven/microwave combination, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. For added convenience, there is a washer-dryer combination to take care of your laundry needs. Large inward-opening windows allow for plenty of natural light and ventilation.

This suite is also ideal for couples, as it can be rented for two people at no extra cost. The room features a calming pistachio-green color scheme in both the walls and furniture, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

Furniture

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
