About the Loft

This spacious loft, located on the ground floor of Building E on the NHL Stenden Hogeschool campus in Leeuwarden, boasts a striking 4-meter-high ceiling that adds to the sense of space and light. The loft features a living room, kitchen, and a separate bedroom. A staircase leads to a mezzanine level with two additional beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

The ground-floor bedroom is furnished with a European king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Upstairs, on the mezzanine, you'll find a European double-size bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), perfect for sharing or accommodating guests. The mezzanine has a ceiling height of 150 cm. For a better understanding of the layout and room sizes, please refer to the floor plan.

In total, the loft can accommodate up to four people.

Living Area and Furniture

The living area is equipped with a large dining table, a cozy couch, a separate lounge chair, and a coffee table, creating a perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining. Beneath the stairs, there is a built-in closet for storing your clothes and luggage, maximizing the available space.

The loft also includes a separate study desk with a comfortable office chair, providing an ideal space for focused study sessions.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The loft features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven/microwave combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so you won’t have to worry about cleaning dirty dishes. Please note that pots, pans, and cutlery are not included. The kitchen also comes with a private washer-dryer combo, making laundry easy and convenient.

Additional Features

This loft includes large, inward-opening windows with a French balcony, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space.

A loft can be booked for up to two people at no additional charge. It's an ideal choice if you wish to share your apartment with a friend.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

Furniture

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
