About the Loft

This stylish loft, located on the ground floor of Building E on the NHL Stenden Hogeschool campus in Leeuwarden, offers a spacious living environment with an impressive 4-meter-high ceiling. The loft features a living area and kitchen on the ground floor, with a staircase leading to an additional mezzanine level.

The mezzanine floor is equipped with a European king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and has a ceiling height of 150 cm, adding extra space and versatility to the apartment. Beneath the stairs, you’ll find a built-in closet for storing clothes and luggage, maximizing storage space.

Living Area and Furniture

The living area is furnished with a dining table, cozy sofa, and coffee table, creating a comfortable space to relax and entertain. The loft also includes a separate study desk with an ergonomic office chair, perfect for focusing on your studies. For entertainment, a 55-inch smart TV is provided for movie nights.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The loft comes with a private bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare and clean up meals. Please note that pots, pans, and cutlery are not included.

Additional Features

Large inward-opening windows allow plenty of natural light into the space, while a French balcony adds to the loft's charm.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments, spread across 8 floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the scenic Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, offering modern, high-quality living spaces for students.

The furnishings in the residences are unique and designed to maximize storage space. A professional designer curated the interiors, incorporating a stylish color palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a cozy and functional atmosphere.
