About the Loft

Located on the ground floor of Building E, this spacious loft is part of the NHL Stenden Hogeschool campus in Leeuwarden. With an impressive ceiling height of 4 meters, the loft offers a unique and open living experience. The apartment features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom.

A staircase leads to a mezzanine floor, which provides two additional beds. The ground-floor bedroom includes a European king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), while the mezzanine level offers another king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) along with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), perfect for guests or sleepovers. Living Area

The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a large dining table, a cozy sofa with a separate lounge chair, and a coffee table. Beneath the stairs, you'll find a closet for storing your clothes and suitcase, ensuring that your space remains tidy and organized.

For entertainment, the loft is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV ideal for relaxing movie nights.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The loft includes a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven/microwave combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You can enjoy the convenience of a private washer-dryer combo, making laundry day hassle-free. Please note that pots, pans, and cutlery are not included.

This loft also boasts large inward-opening windows, along with a French balcony and a private outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying fresh air and natural light.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

Furniture

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
