Located on the ground floor of Building E on the NHL Stenden Hogeschool campus in Leeuwarden, this spacious loft offers a modern and airy living experience with an impressive 4-meter-high ceiling. The apartment includes a living room, kitchen, and a separate bedroom. A staircase leads to a mezzanine level with an additional bed.

The ground-floor bedroom is furnished with a European king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). On the mezzanine, you’ll find another European king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), making it ideal for sharing or accommodating guests. The mezzanine has a ceiling height of 150 cm, adding extra space while maintaining an open and airy feel. For more details on room sizes and layout, please refer to the floor plan.

In total, this loft can comfortably accommodate two people with separate beds.

Living Area and Furniture

The living area is furnished with a large dining table, a cozy couch, a separate lounge chair, and a coffee table, creating a perfect space for both relaxation and entertaining. Beneath the stairs, there’s a built-in closet for storing clothes and luggage, maximizing storage.

The loft also includes a dedicated study area with a separate desk and a comfortable office chair, providing an ideal space for studying or working from home.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The loft features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher—making meal preparation and cleanup easy. Please note that pots, pans, and cutlery are not provided.

Additionally, the loft includes large inward-opening windows with a French balcony, allowing for ample natural light and fresh air.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

Furniture

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
