About the Loft

The Loft in building E is part of the campus of the NHL Stenden Hogeschool in Leeuwarden and located on the ground floor. The Loft has an extra high ceiling and is in total 4 meters high. This apartment is equipped with a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor. A stair leads to a second mezzanine floor. This floor is equipped with a European double bed and measures 140cm wide and 200cm long. The mezzanine floor is 150 centimeter high and adds a lot of extra space to this room. Beneath the stairs is a build-in closet where you can store your clothes and suitcase.

Furthermore the living area of the Loft is equipped with a dining table, a cozy couch and a coffee table. Beneath the stairs is a closet where you can store your clothes and suitcase.

The Loft includes your own private bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink and your own kitchen area with an oven/microwave-combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You won’t have to worry about cleaning dirty dishes yourself. Pots, pans and cutlery are not included.

This specific Loft has nice, large, inward opening windows with a French balcony.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
