About the Loft

Located on the ground floor of Building E on the NHL Stenden Hogeschool campus in Leeuwarden, this loft offers a spacious and unique living experience with an impressive 4-meter-high ceiling. The apartment features a living area and kitchen on the ground floor, while a staircase leads to an additional mezzanine floor, creating extra space and a sense of openness.

The mezzanine is equipped with a European king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and has a ceiling height of 150 cm. This second level adds functional space to the loft, making it ideal for relaxing or sleeping. Beneath the stairs, you'll find a built-in closet for storing clothes and luggage, helping to keep the space organized.

Living Area and Furniture

The living area is comfortably furnished with a dining table, cozy sofa, and coffee table, offering a perfect setting for both relaxation and dining. A separate study desk with an ergonomic office chair provides a quiet place to focus on your studies. For entertainment, the loft is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, ideal for movie nights or unwinding after a busy day.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The loft includes your own private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so you can cook and clean with ease. Please note that pots, pans, and cutlery are not included.

Additional Features

Large inward-opening windows provide plenty of natural light and fresh air, and a French balcony adds to the charm of the loft.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

Furniture

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
