This spacious loft, located on the ground floor of Building E on the NHL Stenden Hogeschool campus in Leeuwarden, features a striking 4-meter-high ceiling that enhances its open, airy feel. The apartment includes a living room, kitchen, and a separate mezzanine level.

The mezzanine floor is equipped with a European double bed (120 cm x 200 cm) and has a ceiling height of 150 cm, adding extra space and versatility. Beneath the stairs, you’ll find a built-in closet for convenient storage of clothes and luggage.

Living Area and Furniture

The living area is furnished with a dining table, cozy sofa, and coffee table, providing a comfortable setting for relaxation and dining. Additional storage is available beneath the stairs with a closet for your belongings.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The loft includes a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven/microwave combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making meal preparation and cleanup effortless. Please note that pots, pans, and cutlery are not provided.

Additional Features

This loft boasts large inward-opening windows with a French balcony, allowing plenty of natural light into the space.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

Furniture

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
