About the Loft

This spacious loft, located on the ground floor of Building E on the NHL Stenden Hogeschool campus in Leeuwarden, offers a modern and open living space with a striking 4-meter-high ceiling. The loft includes a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, with a staircase leading to a mezzanine level that adds extra space and functionality to the apartment.

The mezzanine is equipped with a European king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and has a ceiling height of 150 cm, making it a cozy yet spacious area. Beneath the stairs, you’ll find a built-in closet perfect for storing clothes and luggage.

Living Area and Furniture

The living area is furnished with a dining table, a cozy sofa, and a coffee table, creating a comfortable and stylish space for relaxation and dining. Additionally, there is a separate study desk with a comfortable office chair, providing the ideal setup for focused study sessions.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The loft features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, along with a fully equipped kitchen area. The kitchen includes an oven/microwave combination, stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare meals and keep your space tidy. Please note that pots, pans, and cutlery are not provided.

About the Residence

Building E features 181 brand-new studios and apartments spread across eight floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the green Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2023, providing high-quality and fully modern student housing for international students.

Furniture

All studios and apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximise both comfort and storage space. A professional interior designer curated the spaces, using a stylish colour palette of antique rose, olive green, and denim blue to create a warm, cosy, and functional living environment for students.
