About the Studio

This beautiful Studio in building D is part of the campus of the NHL Stenden Hogeschool in Leeuwarden. You will find a fully furnished open kitchen, a living- and sleeping area. The Studio is equipped with a European double bed and measures 140cm wide and 200cm long. Underneath the bed you will find drawers for extra storage space. The living area of the Studio is equipped with a dining table, a large wardrobe, a 55-inch TV and a cozy couch with coffee table.

The studio has a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave-combination, stove, sink, refrigerator and a dishwasher. You won’t have to worry about cleaning dirty dishes yourself. Pots, pans and cutlery are not included. This specific Studio has nice, large, inward opening windows with a French balcony.

About the Residence

Building D features 107 brand-new studios and apartments, spread across five floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the scenic Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2022, offering modern, high-quality living spaces for students.

Furniture

The furnishings in the residences are unique and designed to maximize storage space. A professional designer curated the interiors, incorporating a stylish color palette of light blue (turquise), ocean blue and dark green to create a cozy and functional atmosphere.

For your daily shopping, a supermarket and shopping center are within walking distance. If you're looking for more variety, the charming historic center of Leeuwarden, with its many shops and attractions, is only a few minutes away.
