About the Studio

This beautiful Studio in building B is part of the campus of the NHL Stenden Hogeschool in Leeuwarden. You will find a fully furnished open kitchen, a living- and sleeping area. The Studio is equipped with a European double bed and measures 140cm wide and 200cm long. The living area of the Studio is equipped with a dining table, a large wardrobe, and a cozy couch with coffee table as well as a TV.

The studio has a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave-combination, stove, sink, and refrigerator.

This particular studio has only one window facing the southside with a water & parkview.

Facilities

Within the building the following facilities are available:

• A laundry room with washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities 

• A vacuum cleaner on each floor 

• Free parking for bikes in our secured bike shed

• In 5 minutes walking (Building A) you will find a café for you daily pizza.

Campus life

NHL Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden is only 5 minutes walking from the residence. There are also enough possibilities close by to blow off steam after studying like: climbing hall, cafes, a gym and even a swimming pool. For your daily groceries, there is a supermarket and shopping center within walking distance. Not enough choice? No problem! The old characteristic city center of Leeuwarden with even more shops is just a few minutes away. 

All inclusive

The payments for all utilities like heating, electricity, water and internet are included in your rent.  

Parking

For our students that have their own car during their time here in the Leeuwarden, they have the possibility to park long term with their student card.

ShortStay 

You can rent these rooms for a period 6 (exchange) or 12 months.
