About the Dorm

You will live in this dorm with one other person of the same gender and younger than 21 years. You will have the European double bed, which measures 140cm wide and 200cm long.

This beautiful Dorm in building D is part of the campus of NHL Stenden Hogeschool in Leeuwarden. You will find a fully furnished open kitchen, a living area, and another bed for the second tenant. Underneath your bed, you will find drawers for extra storage space. The living area of the Studio is equipped with a dining table and a large wardrobe.

The dorm has a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave-combination, stove, sink, refrigerator and a dishwasher. You won’t have to worry about cleaning dirty dishes yourself. Pots, pans and cutlery are not included. This specific dorm has nice, large, inward opening windows. The dorm has green color elements on the wall and furniture. Please see the photos to get an impression of how the dorm design will look like.

About the Residence

Building D features 107 brand-new studios and apartments, spread across five floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the scenic Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2022, offering modern, high-quality living spaces for students.

Furniture

The furnishings in the residences are unique and designed to maximize storage space. A professional designer curated the interiors, incorporating a stylish color palette of light blue (turquise), ocean blue and dark green to create a cozy and functional atmosphere.

NHL Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden is just a 5-minute walk from the residence. For your daily shopping, a supermarket and shopping center are within walking distance. If you're looking for more variety, the charming historic center of Leeuwarden, with its many shops and attractions, is only a few minutes away.
