The rental price for this accommodation is shown in the advertisement. The rent is based on a monthly payment including basic rent and furniture. Utility costs must be arranged by the tenant. To book this house a security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
