The Gysbert Japicxstraat 76 house is a renovated townhouse in a typical dutch street. This studio at the Gysbert Japicxstraat 76 is 16 m2 big. You will share the house with four other roommates. The accommodation is equipped with furniture such as a bed, wardrobe and a desk. Additionally the studio has its own kitchen and full bathroom.

The room is located in the city. The distance to the city center is 2 minutes by bike. The bike tour to NHL Stenden University will take you roughly 10 minutes.

The rent payment is all inclusive. The costs for all utilities like heating, electricity, water, internet and the municipality fees are included in the monthly rent. You do not have to worry about additional expenses.

You can rent the accommodations for a period of 6 or 12 months. After this period, you can apply for an extension of your contract.

The rental price for this accommodation is shown in the advertisement. The rent is based on a monthly payment. To book this studio a security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the studio in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
