About the room

The Boksdoornstraat apartment is on the corner of an apartment complex on first floor. This room at the Boksdoornstraat is 15 m2 big. You will share the apartment with two other roommates. The accommodation is equipped with furniture such as a bed, wardrobe and a desk. In addition to that, consists the room of a private washing basin. The apartment also features a small balcony. The kitchen, shower and toilet are shared with the two other roommates.

Location

The room is located in the city. The distance to the city center is 7 minutes by bike. The bike tour to NHL Stenden Univerity will take you roughly 10 minutes. There are two large shopping centers within walking distance of the apartment.

All inclusive

The rent payment is all inclusive. The costs for all utilities like heating, electricity, water, internet and the municipality fees are included in the monthly rent. You do not have to worry about additional expenses.

ShortStay

You can rent the accommodations for a period of 6 or 12 months. After this period, you can apply for an extension of your contract.

What do I have to pay

The rental price for this accommodation is shown in the advertisement. The rent is based on a monthly payment. To book this room a security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the room in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
