The Achter de Hoven 87 house is a townhouse in a typical dutch street. This studio at the Achter de Hoven 87 is 23 m2 big. You will share the house with four other roommates. The accommodation is equipped with furniture such as a bed, wardrobe and a desk. In addition to that, consists the roostudio of a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin as well as a kitchen. The house also features a backyard.

Location

The studio is located in the city. The distance to the city center is 2 minutes by bike. The bike tour to NHL Stenden University will take you roughly 10 minutes.

All inclusive

The rent payment is all inclusive. The costs for all utilities like heating, electricity, water, and internet are included in the monthly rent.

ShortStay

You can rent the accommodations for a period of 6 or 12 months. After this period, you can apply for an extension of your contract.

The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the room in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
