The Achter de Hoven 83 house is a townhouse in a typical dutch street. This room at the Achter de Hoven 83 is 22 m2 big. You will share the house with three other students. The studio is located in the city. The distance to the city center is 2 minutes by bike. The bike tour to NHL Stenden University will take you roughly 10 minutes.

All inclusive

The rent payment is all inclusive. The costs for all utilities like heating, electricity, water, and internet are included in the monthly rent.

ShortStay

You can rent the accommodations for a period of 6 or 12 months. After this period, you can apply for an extension of your contract.

What do I have to pay

The rental price for this accommodation is shown in the advertisement. The rent is based on a monthly payment. To book this room a security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the room in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
