The Van Ostadestraat 35 house is a townhouse in a typical dutch street. This room at the Van Ostadestraat 35 is 13.5 m2 big. You will share the house with five other roommates. The accommodation is equipped with furniture such as a bed, wardrobe and a desk. Additionally the room features a private washing basin, an outside terrace as well as a private kitchen. The house also features a backyard. The showers (2x) and toilets (2x) are shared with the five roommates.

Location

The room is located in the city. The distance to the city center is 5 minutes by bike. The bike tour to NHL Stenden University will take you roughly 10 minutes.

All inclusive

The rent payment is all inclusive. The costs for all utilities like heating, electricity, water, and internet are included in the monthly rent.

ShortStay

You can rent the accommodations for a period of 6 or 12 months. After this period, you can apply for an extension of your contract.

The city of Leeuwarden is a vibrant student city with lots of amazing things to do. Shops and cafés are all within walking distance of the city center and the majority of students are international! The perfect place for your study.

What do I have to pay

The rental price for this accommodation is shown in the advertisement. The rent is based on a monthly payment. To book this room a security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the room in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
