The studio is located in the city. The distance to the city center is 5 minutes by bike. The bike tour to NHL Stenden University will take you roughly 10 minutes.

The rent payment is all inclusive. The costs for all utilities like heating, electricity, water, and internet are included in the monthly rent.

You can rent the accommodations for a period of 6 or 12 months. After this period, you can apply for an extension of your contract.

The rental price for this accommodation is shown in the advertisement. The rent is based on a monthly payment. To book this studio a security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded after you return the keys and the studio in the same condition as when you arrived. Besides the security deposit StudentStay charges a non-refundable booking fee.
