About the Suite

This beautiful Suite in building D is part of the campus of the NHL Stenden Hogeschool in Leeuwarden. You will find a fully furnished open kitchen, a living room and a separate bedroom. The Suite is equipped with a European size bed and measures 160cm wide and 200cm long. Underneath the bed you will find drawers for extra storage space. The living area of the Suite is equipped with a big dining/study table, a large wardrobe, and a cozy couch with separate lounge chair, a 55-inch smart TV and coffee table.

The Suite includes your own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and your own kitchen area with an oven/microwave-combination, stove, sink, refrigerator combination, dishwasher. The kitchen also contains a private washing machine and dryer combination for cleaning your clothes. This specific Suite has nice, large, inward opening windows with a French balcony! The suite can also be rented by a couple without extra costs.

About the Residence

Building D features 107 brand-new studios and apartments, spread across five floors. The south-facing side of the building overlooks the scenic Rengerspark. Construction was completed in August 2022, offering modern, high-quality living spaces for students.

The furnishings in the residences are unique and designed to maximize storage space. A professional designer curated the interiors, incorporating a stylish color palette of light blue (turquise), ocean blue and dark green to create a cozy and functional atmosphere.
